This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, motivation on performance employees Department Agriculture and Plantations Central Java Province. The population in this were all Plantation Office Province, totaling 96 people. used a quantitative method data collection questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis is explain influence between variables. that has been collected was analyzed using factor test validity each question item, reliability Cronbach alpha. results showed compensation positive significant employee performance, discipline performance.
